Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: For order quantity over 5000pcs, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q: What's the lead time?
A: Sample order will take 1-3 days, mass production will take 1-2 weeks for the order quantity more than 100K pieces.
Q: What's the shipment?
A: For smalle orders and samples, we suggest to ship by express like DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, which will take around 2-7 days to arrive. For big orders, it is cheaper to ship by sea.
